Australia’s most popular trek is undertaken as a six-day and 5-nights, herculean 65km hike between the Cradle Valley and Lake St Clair. The beautiful vistas along the trek are tantalizing and include some of the highest peaks of Tasmania. You will peer through the Eucalyptus Mountains brimming with wildlife, and pass through the series of alpines and valleys swarmed with sedges. The Overland track is at its best during the summers when the encompassing territories are shrouded with wildflowers and you can sense their fragrance from miles away.

Bruny Island is nearly two islands joined by narrow strip of sand with sea on the either side, which is called as Neck. Fairy penguins and Albino Wallabies thrive in this low populated and unmarred retreat. It southern part is wet almost throughout the year because of Ocean rains and its northern part is surprisingly dry. You need to spend some days here to admire isolated coastal settlements, surf beaches and hiking treks in the South Bruny National Park.
